Kirsty entered the mortgage world over 12 years ago. She has spent her time based within local estate agents where she has gained a wealth of experience along with a strong understanding of the industry. After over a decade Kirsty decided to use her experience to offer a round the clock, personalised service to help clients with their homebuying ambitions.

This round the clock service and dedication to her clients has earned her the prestigious titles of Overall Broker of the Year 2024 and New Build Broker of the Year 2023 at the British Mortgage Awards.

Kirsty lives in Hartpury with her partner, her ten dogs and one cat. Any spare time is devoted to long dogs walks and the odd bit of gardening.

Hannah has been with Lavender Mortgages since 2021 and comes from a background in the property industry where she was a Property Manager for a local estate agent. After 2 years of helping clients with the home buying process she is taking the lead on starting Lavender’s social media journey.

Hannah lives in Tewkesbury with her husband, two daughters and their dog Geoff. In her spare time she enjoys playing netball in the Gloucestershire League and spending time with her family.

Helen has spent around 30 years in the financial services industry and brings a wealth of knowledge with her to Lavender Mortgages. In her role as Mortgage Administrator she provides support throughout the whole buying process and keeps everyone up to date as she goes.

Helen lives in Cheltenham with her partner Dave. In her spare time she enjoys musical theatre and holidaying in Cornwall.

Outside of work, Jake treasures spending quality time with his daughter, whether it's enjoying a game of football or catching a movie together. In his free time, he also enjoys reading, walking his dogs, and tending to his garden.
